Welcome to our new experiment, and my first attempt at a regular blog! What we will attempt to try and cover here are current news, events and trends that deal with antique, vintage, and collectible "things", and by that I mean across the board. "Things" can cover a wide area, and although my specialty area is old toys, I love learning and seeing almost anything that is really old and interesting. Most everything like that has a story to tell, if only it could talk.

One of the things that makes collecting so interesting is it seems no matter what was made - or when - someone, somewhere collects it. And someone else - somewhere - is an expert on it, and can tell us more about it, and even value it.
So we're going to try and post some interesting subject matter. Recent news. Trends, The good & the bad.
